The office did not offer to have someone else help me they offered to reschedule after I was already there. I would have worked with anyone. She was just the person who answered when I called. I understand that life happens but someone should have canceled her appointments. No call/no show is unacceptable if you value your time. I’m taking my business elsewhere if the office will transfer my file as requested."

"State Farm had their second "billing glitch" in the past few months that messes up our bill. We pay exactly what our bill says, we even call the office to confirm the amount, but next we we have an additional $400 dollars we have to pay to make it up. Never met this agent that takes our money and has his stuff tell us too bad pay it. Seems like the bill fluctuates and we have to keep calling in to be given the run around of what is going on. I cannot stress this enough, avoid this office if you care about clear and transparent billing. They are no help. Edit Reply: Billing issues are a State Farm issue, you represent State Farm, you should be able to figure out how to cover your company's error."
